How things change. Only a few years ago, yard power at Toronto Yard was a mix of chop-nose GP9s and slugs. Now, it is all GP38-2s and GP20-ECOs. Even more dramatic has been the decrease in the size of the yard, with the centre now completely devoid of tracks. In this leaner setup, CP 3021 and 2281 head out of the yard to work local customers on a lazy Victoria Day long weekend.
