  1. This is why I moved to Florida!!!

  2. This is why I moved north! Diff’rent Strokes… ;)

  3. Sorry Mr. Shaw, but I have to agree with First954. I grew up in Toronto, but I’m in Florida now. Don’t scoff at us, you’ll be here soon enough!

As an aside, I very much enjoy your photo contributions, Sir! Keep up the excellent work!

  4. Peter, I’ve been to Florida. It was nice (back then anyway, Christmas 1978) but just not my cup of tea. I’m not scoffing I just love Muskoka, winter spring summer and fall. Parents bought an old farm here in 1968, I bought my farm here in 1973 and retired here in 2010. Not planning on moving anywhere before I die, unless it gets too crowded here in which case I can only see myself moving further north. Like I said; diff’rent strokes! Mind you along about the last week of April when the normal last blast hits my mindset might be slightly different, but a couple of weeks into May when the buds start popping out it all clears up again! :D Glad you enjoy my photos, can’t wait for more snow when the scenery is simply stunning

  5. Thanks for your kind reply, Wayne… sorry mine took so long. Yes, I understand your thoughts on the Muskoka region. I’ve been there many times and it is truly magnificent! Florida does get a little boring sometimes with no real change of seasons.

Thanks again for sharing your great photography!
