Of note: This was the first DPU’d train CN ran on the Kashabowie. I can’t recall the number of cars but I believe it was in the neighbourhood of 150-160 cars. An absolute monster! And this practice today has become common on bulk trains into the Lakehead, some pushing this threshold in the 200+ car total.
