VIA 83 heads west out of Aldershot in west Burlington (near the border with Hamilton) and towards London on a sunny March afternoon. This area of Ontario barely saw any snow all winter, until March 13-14 when a powerful snowstorm just brushed the western GTA and Niagara Region with for once, substantial snowfall.
