Detroit, Toledo & Ironton GP7 952 and SD38 250 are heading back to Detroit from Windsor through the Detroit River Tunnel in 1970, probably on an interchange train run. The banks are remarkably bare, but would be overgrown soon. DT&I was eventually acquired by the GTW (CN) in 1980.
