VIA 6438 kicks up a little snow as it speeds through the Stoney Point area with train #72 on a beautiful sunny December 27, 2017.  With a windchill of -26, it was still worth getting out and shooting on a beautiful morning like this even though I had hoped for a Canada 150 to be on the point.

  1. Nice. At least you were able to shoot from your vehicle.

  2. Actually I walked out into the field b/c there is a pole there that would have cast a shadow if I had shot from the car. Didn’t have my long lens with me either. I was only out in it for about 5 minutes… :-)
