Canadian National 5574, a K3a-class Pacific built by MLW in 1913 for the GTR, sits under steam on the ready tracks near Mimico roundhouse in 1956. As dieselization continued in the mid-late 50's on CN, she would be retired and cut up for scrap late next year (November 1957).
