Two sets of power rest at the TH&B Chatham Street roundhouse in the early spring of 1984. We see RS18 8791 and leased C&O GP38 4828 as well as C424 4227, B&O 4806, and C424 4207. The three unit consist would later power the steel train west over the Waterford sub.
