The city purchased the street railway in 1903, and the streetcars were eventually replaced by buses in 1937. The building was then used as a bus garage for the Guelph Transportation Commission until the 1970′s, and saw use by various small businesses (used by Edwards Collision at the time of the photo). It was eventually converted to residential apartments by J. When I worked in Guelph in 82-84 it was Sutton Collision.Great bunch of people.
