The daily NS Transfer heads back to the US after interchange with CN 531. Both trains headed into the states with about 70 cars each which made for both lengthy trains. Underneath in the Niagara River, ice still continues to flow down, where up stream it made international news for the ice build up crashing over the retaining walls. The fog made for an interesting element which made me wish I saw something come into Canada today but this was good enough for me.

  2. Well done Docta! Were you in hip waders and doing some fishing while you waited for this shot. LOL.. I used to see guys fishing in this spot when crossing the bridge.

  3. I was sitting on the very edge of the concrete for this shot. I did not think to bring along the fishing gear but there was a guy about 50 ft down from me who did. Lol.

  4. However, that gives me ideas for next time around I’m down that way. Lol.
