This temporary curve is a shoe-fly track put in to allow for the construction of the 50th St underpass.
The proper alignment may be seen at left.
I do not know why the string of tanks cars are parked here. Storage? Set out for pickup by a specific train?
122 will have nothing to do with the tank cars. It is a priority COFC train.
