Ontario Northland Railway snowplow 555 is pictured stored awaiting the next winter snowplowing season at North Bay, in October of 2000. It was originally built for the ONR by Canadian Car & Foundry in December 1923. Modern features such as a dual sealed-beam headlight and upgraded front windows mingle with older features like the stem-winder brake wheel and solid-bearing journal trucks.
