I don't know why, but we abandoned our chase of CN 550, to photograph the Nova Chemicals plant just south of Joffre AB. Note the increasing clouds.
For those that are interested, this is a SW1500 built for SP in 1986
Nova had a series of crackers at this site (feedstock was likely gas) and they made ethylene amd polyethylene pellets)
