With remnants of its recent Canadian Wheat Board paint scheme still visible on the DB grills, EFCX 1001 now wears the standard G3 scheme. This unit started out as SD45T-2 SSW 9373 and went on to carry SP and CEFX reporting marks as well as being rebuilt to SD40T-2 specs. It is now stationed at the terminal in Colonsay SK.

  1. Definitely lots of colorful and unique units out your way Matt!

  2. Geez, who would ever imagine the day that big 20-cylinder SD45T-2′s would be used as grain elevator switchers.
