It's not uncommon for both ETR jobs to be working either end of Ojibway Yard at the same time. It is uncommon though to be able to shoot all 4 of ETR's units at once without getting access to their engine shed. Normally, one job has two units and the other has 1 while the 4th stays back at the shops in a rotation. For some reason this day ETR had their entire roster out to serve their customers. The 0900 job was 107 and 108 (right), and the 0700 was 105 and 104. The 0900 crew was on lunch break and the 0700 job was organizing storage cars in this scene.
