LTEX 1014 is switching the sprawling Oxy Vinyls facility on the NF/Thorold border. Built in 1957, this plant is the only Canadian company manufacturing vinyl resins according to the company themselves. This part of the Niagara area has a high concentration of chemical companies, similar to Sarnia.
