The view at the CSX home shop for the Sarnia division. Y120's power parked by the station framed in industrial pipelines waiting to be called by the night job. In the background at right is an old boxcar on the RIP track used for MOW storage, and at left is 2757 parked by what remains of the Erie & Huron Roundhouse. While the building may look modern, it's far from it. The modern retractable bay door replaced original wooden doors around 2005 and steel clad covers what remains of a turn of the 19th century brick building. From the sides and rear the brick remains uncovered complete with C&O logo, but good luck getting permission to go back there now. As I stood on Clifford St, a public road to get this shot Security was waving at me to leave - but they were too damn lazy to come talk to me where I would have told them to piss off. :)

  1. Very nice, Stephen.

  2. Tx Earl. Can’t believe in 2020 it’s still going strong over there.
