Amazing photo! I was all about 5 years old when you snapped this train. Interestingly enough, we took many trips to Napanee to visit grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. I am amazed, out of all the trips to the Napanee station with my grandfather, I never once saw a Turbo train on the Kingston Sub.! I remember plenty of the old F7′s and other variants, as well as VIA trains sometimes having extra power or a leader in a CN geep. Later years was the LRC’s – and then of course F40 and P42′s.
But NEVER a Turbo! Boy, did I miss out….
