  1. Recent news report stated BCRY handles about 220 carloads per year, have to wonder how Cando covers the annual costs. It seems that the Utopia interchange (CP) track remains in service. Does CN handle any carloads from the Newmarket Sub?

  2. BCRY’s only interchange is with CP at Utopia, they have started doing more transloading from the track available at Utopia that’s attracted some new customers in the last couple years but they continue to have no dealings with CN. I believe they ran down the Newmarket to interchange with CN during BCRY’s earliest days of operation but I’m not sure when exactly that ended.

Also worth noting CN does not travel any further North than Teston (Mile 20.7) since Alpa lumber at Mile 24.1 started transloading to Mac Yard when the hourly GO service from Aurora started.
