KSPX 5265 is a LEAF (Low Emissions And Fuel) locomotive owned by K+S Potash Canada stationed at the company's Bethune Mine (formerly "The Legacy Project")  The mine is a little ways off the beaten path but can be photographed fairly easily from public roads.

  2. looks to be built off a GP9 frame, could be wrong!
