While roaming around on June 5th, 1977, I found this little beast at the Consolidated Sand & Gravel facility on CN's Uxbridge Sub near Millikens, Ontario. I could not find any evidence of a unit number or builder's plate, but research indicates it was built in 1950 by Canadian Locomotive Company in conjunction with Whitcomb.

  1. This would be the one that’s now at Roundhouse Park in downtown Toronto: http://www.railpictures.ca/?attachment_id=10654

One of a handful built by CLC (to Whitcomb designs) in 1952, originally Limestone Products 4, then Limestone Products 3-6910, then Nelson Aggregates at their 07040, to YDHR in 1994, to a preservation society in Prince Edward County, and to the TRHA in 2007.
