Three TTC PCC streetcars rumble westbound on Queen Street East early one warm morning, passing some road work going on around Kent Road. TTC 4346 on a westbound Kingston Road run to McCaul Loop leads the pack, with two other cars passing by road crews digging up the pavement. One of the ubiquitous yellow Toronto police cars sits on Woodward Avenue nearby, watching over everything.
