CN 347 has some less than exciting power up front as it passes the row of elevators at Allan Saskatchewan on the Watrous Subdivision. All three of the elevators in this scene have since been torn down leaving Allan to blend in with so many other indistinct small prairie towns. Gone too, I suppose, is the link to the line's Grand Trunk Pacific heritage as it was a GTP practise to have elevators built so far away from the main. One only needs to view a few photos of trains passing elevators on the CPR or former CNoR lines to appreciate this.
