C&WI roster indicates that the unit was sold to Precision National, but it doesn’t show up in any of the PNC rosters that I’ve checked.
What an odd looking thing.
That is pretty much how all of the RS-1s looked. Grand Trunk Western got the last two produced for a US railroad in November 1957 as their 1950 and 1951. MLW built only 3 RS-1s in March 1954 and these apparently went to the NdeM in Mexico. 469 RS-1s were built from March 1941 to March 1960, an incredible run.
