This one is a bit of a mystery as there was nothing online about it that I could find, and I had to rely mostly on memory. From what I recall at the time, during a summer morning in 1994, the eastbound morning VIA Rail train #84 had encountered vandals heading east out of Kitchener and was forced to stop due to possible damage. Here 6415 is viewed stopped at Breslau, with CN officials and police investigating as well as a news crew from CKCO TV in the background. Also, it appears that the unit’s windshield had received some damage as well in the incident.
