Just east of Colbourne is the tiny hamlet of Salem. Thanks to my brother-in-law moving here, it has opened new opportunities for photographing the Kingston subdivision. The old abandoned metal bridge at Salem makes not only a nice photo prop but a decent spot to take photos. Here CN 149 races westbound after ducking under the old bridge.
