CP 5742 and I believe 5745 were the only two units painted up for CP’s new “Expressway “ service, they were not dedicated strictly to that service and soon new SD40’s especially the “red barns” bumped them from that service. Here a very clean looking 5742 leads a six pack of SD40-2’s including a pair of St. L&H painted units. The train is departing the dip at Hornby with a mixed train under some nice late afternoon lighting.
