What is now the GO Transit Kitchener Line used to be the GO Transit Georgetown Line, opened in 1974. GO trains ran from Georgetown Station to Union Station and back until 2011, when the line was extended to Kitchener and renamed. Here we have three F59PHs in the Georgetown yard, awaiting their next operation to Union.
