TTC PCC 4171 (A2 class, CC&F built 1940) heads westbound through some track work on College Street on a Carlton streetcar run for High Park Loop, just past St. George Street. It's passing in front of the Toronto Public Library's Central Reference Library (built 1909, now the UofT's Koffler Student Centre) and the University of Toronto's Wallberg Memorial Building (in the background, built 1949).
