TTC CLRV 4000, one of three CLRV's painted painted in commemorative liveries during 1984 (5 cars total including two PCC's) loops around Fleet Loop by the old Queen's Wharf lighthouse, while operating on a 521 King-Exhibition route (via Bathurst & Fleet). Car 4000 was specifically painted yellow and blue for Ontario's Bicentennial anniversary (1784-1984).
