Caption: 2006 was a good year if you liked shooting F59PH's. They were still GO Transit's only power, and an MP40 wheel wouldn't roll on the property until the next year when an incomplete display unit (601) and a completed initial unit (602) showed up.
GO F59PH "Triple Nickel" 555 has just come in off train #260 and is briefly laying over on Track 1 (Platform 3) under the dark train shed at Toronto Union Station, waiting to depart on train #263, the afternoon 1 O'Clocker run of the "Bramalea Flip" out of Toronto for Bramalea (back in the day when, if you picked the right car, you could have the whole level to yourself most of the trip). That original late 70's yellow, brown and earth tone colour scheme on the track stairways and GO concourse underneath was also still in vogue, if you liked that kind of thing.
