An eastbound hotshot led by a pair of CEFX leasors arrives at Aylth yard passing the old 12th Street Tower while the hump utilizing SD40M-2's CP 5494- CP 5496. The tower played an integral part, controlling movements at the western entrance to Aylth yard, located south of the Brooks Sub mainline near the east leg of the wye for the McLeod Sub. It would not survive the Hunter cuts following the hostile takeover in by Perishing Square in September 2011. The tower like a number across the system were removed and the RTC jobs moved to an existing desk at the NMC in downtown Calgary. I'm not sure of the date of closure or removal however comparing Google streetview images it was gone by June 2014.
