along with hi rail wrecking crane CP Rail  414052, built by Pettibone, that appears to be in primer paint.


A third truck mounted crane is working beyond the CP Rail forestry products box car (in green).

  1. Great wreck scene photo!
    CP 414501 is an Industrial Brownhoist 250-ton capacity wrecking crane, serial number 11729, built in 1946. It is now on display at the railway museum in St. Constant, QC.
    I believe the hi-rail crane is CP 414032 (not 052) a Pettibone Model 220, 110-ton capacity hi-rail wrecking crane, serial number 1106, built in 1976. It certainly does appear to be in primer paint!
