Canadian Pacific generally overhauled switcher units at Weston shops in Winnipeg, and shipped them dead back to their home terminals. On Tuesday 1974-10-01, a westward train with CP 5591 has brought essentially spotless MLW S-3 6600 with wrapped stack to the shoptracks, seen here from the Second Avenue road overpass.
