Powerful Chinook winds roared through at over 80 km/h, turning a day of train photography into an adventure. Thankfully, the air stayed warm despite the intensity. CP 8732 leads this eastbound mixed consist, with a pair of SD40-2s trailing behind the main power hauling loaded ballast. Today marked five years since my kidney transplant — and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate than doing something I love.
