    what if i don’t pay my fare John? What tools do you have aboard to enforce payment???

    Have a 200 lb “enforcer” conductor, who doesn’t take kindly to fare-evaders. Yes, by HCCR operating rules, this is a two man/lady car. However, for you Steve, you don’t need to worry about “fare evading”, if you do successfully “sneak aboard”, management will simply bill me, and I will gladly pay ! John
