IC 9639 and CN 4901 brings up a long train 559 to Rivière-du-Loup, the train had around 30 cars in tow, some of which were cars they picked up in Matane earlier in the day. IC 9639 is the first Illinois Central engine to be assigned to the Mont-Joli switcher, and the first one not to be an SD70 to roam the Mont-Joli subdivision. It is pretty remarkable to think it had not happened in the 18 years of previous CN ownership of the railway...
