After a few more entertaining days around Parry Sound, it was time to go. Back to St. Catharines and back to work.  I took this photo as a parting shot.  Despite the window covering I honestly thought this would be the very last time I would see this station. The outlook seemed bleak and I had no idea of what was going on behind the scenes.  Since this was late October, I would not be back until spring.
Well, it survived. It flourished after renovations as a private business (art gallery) and to this day is still looking great.
For that, I am eternally grateful.

  1. Ahhhh….I’ve felt that way about some stations too. You really captured the season – and the overall uncertainty – very well in this photo.
