CN Switcher YRP003 heads back to Rivière-des-Prairies with about 8 boxcars in tow and a rather ratty GTW GP38-2 locomotive to pull them, as it passes by the former Dickson incinerator, now abandoned for nearly 50 years, located on the street bearing the same name.

  1. And not far from where MLW used to be.

  2. Sweet lighting ! It’s surprising that those two beautiful brick stacks have lasted 50 years in abandonment.

  3. Funny, I shot that at Longue Pointe too.

  4. It costs a lot of money to dismantle stacks.
