Caption: Another "on the GO" view, our train (GO Transit #252, Bramalea-Georgetown) has left Weston GO Station a few minutes prior, and is cruising at speed southbound along the single-track Weston Sub on the approach to West Toronto diamond. Out trailing cab car GO 201 has just passed over the double bridges in the Black Creek area of Weston, one for Black Creek Drive (Mile 6.45), another right after for Black Creek itself (Mile 6.40, in attractive CN light green paint). The CP MacTier Sub runs parallel on the right, mirrored with its own set of double bridges.

The intersection of Black Creek Drive and Weston Road is visible on the left, with Weston snaking through the creek valley. A pair of Detroit-powered 1991 TTC Orion V buses on the Route 89 Weston are climbing the hill up from Black Creek to Rogers Road, regulars on the route at the time. On the right are some of the last remains of Kodak Canada's Mount Dennis plant under demolition (one building was saved, and is now the site of the TTC/GO/UPX Mount Dennis transit station). About three extra tracks have since been added to the CN (Metrolinx) side, requiring additional bridge spans to be installed.
