It certainly has! Crazy to think of there once being all this empty ‘space’. Now all built up, with infrastructure upgraded in the whole scheme of things, too (GO / Metrolinx included).

Great forward view – for passengers – from those HS control cab cars. Standing at the top of the stairs, with only those flimsey folding doors at the bottom of those steep steps… quite the 80+ mph (130 kph kilometre-eze) ride down Danforth Hill into the curve at the site of the old Riverdale station and a quick slow down to 30 onto TTR trackage at the Cherry Street Tower….
