Always trying new locations within Chatham, 141 was always one to count on as being 'on time', or at least 'out there'.This chilly morning in March, I shot from the recently cleared area off Merritt Avenue beside the old CAW Hall.

Here, passing the former sidings that once served industries this trio hauls west through Chatham with 9715, 8639 and 6261. Judging from 9715's front, winter was still in full effect, somewhere!

However, all three units had been recently repainted into Canadian Pacific's then new 'beaver with shield' paint scheme. Of note, 6261 is a former SOO Line SD60M that was previously numbered 6061. In June of 2017, it went to NRE in Silvis, Illinois for the overhaul to be renumbered as CP 6261, now an SD60-3.
