Caption: Newly overhauled GO F59PH 526 rests in Bradford's storage yard for the weekend. 555- or "triple nickel" as crews affectionately called her- can be seen on the track behind. At the time, only two trains serviced this line on a weekday-only basis, down in the morning and back in the evening. The Newmarket Subdivision was still abandoned north of the station, only to see service extended to Barrie several years later. The lean of the train is genuine- no camera manipulation- as the storage tracks are in time middle of a substantial curve in the line, which I imagine was a secondary main at some point as it also serviced the station. The secondary storage track occupied by 555's consist has less of an easement. 555 had not yet received its initial overhaul when I took this photo and still sported its original number board.

You’ve got an eye for the curve shots! Well done.
Still sported the original numberboards, and that brass bell not being painted.
Great picture!!! Back in the day, Bradford was in a 75 mph zone for passenger trains (80 for RDCs) with that curve restricted to 65 mph!!
