  1. Dave, did you shoot this train in Hamilton perhaps near Dofasco? I’d be interested in learning how they backed this monstrosity into the plant….

  2. No, I never shot it in Hamilton; Muskoka a couple of times, Richmond Hill, Doncaster. I was lucky enough to work it to Hamilton and backa few times when I worked for CN. This shot is going under Keele St. by MAc Yard.

  3. How did they bring the train into Dofasco? Would they have pulled down the Kenilworth main line and lead and backed up the ore lead into the plant?

  4. We pulled down the GRimsby sub, pulled into Dofasco near Kenilworth, and dragged the train down to the docks. Near the end, we’d drop the van onto the empties which was always interesting with a 13000 ton train.
