A foreign visitor heads back to Chicago dead-in-tow after touring a significant portion of CP's network in Canada. KCS 4006 is a special painted "heritage" unit commemorating US Veterans. KCS, NS, and UP now all have locomotives dedicated towards this cause. Call it ugly but it's still something worth going out for on a cruddy day.

  1. Nice shot. You were down at Optimist I see.

  2. Thank you! Yeah I got lucky that bowling let out when it did. Any later and I would have missed it.
