A late day surprise. The Galt subdivision is often lacking for trains in daylight and today was no different. None of the regular train showed up so getting a late afternoon eastbound was a surprise, mind you it was barely a train. With the shadows coming very close to the rails, train 734 cruises through Streetsville with a solo UP and three potash cars. A few minutes later clouds took over.

  1. Nice catch ! Is 734 a new train ?

  2. Wow. Love these foreign single units with minimal cars. We were reminded of a BNSF with a single car the other day. Did it lift in Toronto? And yes, you could have a nap on the Galt tracks during the day (not recommended).

  3. Thanks! 734 is the old 234

  4. Thanks for the info sir !
