A well iced signal. Anything that was facing south during the recent freezing rain got a pretty good coating of ice. This signal governs the crossing of Essa Road which is interlocked with the traffic signals. The freestanding gong bell is part of the arrangement as well as a "no right turn" sign on the opposite side of the street. At one time, the Cafe beans was a Tim Horton's and it would serve as a pit stop for the Barrie-Collingwood crews.
