A425 IC 2698 CN 5670 CN xxxx (578 axles) slides by Work Train CN xxxx CN xxxx with Herzog Ballast Cars tied down on the Construction Tracks (future North and South Tracks) between Derry Mile 36.9 and Ash M 38.8. The Work Train crew is walking alongside the empty cars on the future South Track to get to the power and prepare for the days work dumping ballast on the future North Track. Part of the ongoing track capacity improvements to support the future Milton Logistics Hub.

    Thanks. The Britannia Road overpass which I’m standing on for this shot and the Louis St. Laurent Ave. overpass too the east provide good unobstructed vantage points.
