After capturing this movement almost a week prior being assembled in Port Arthur (Thunder Bay North) and being transferred across town to Neebing Yard with far more horsepower than this, CN L351 breaks the silence of small town northwestern Ontario. SD75i 5685 and IC SD70 1035 have their train, of what I can only describe as "tubes"; 5 in total separated by 5 "spacers" of either gondola's or ballast cars to aid in distributing the weight of the heavy dimensional loads on the rail.
