Aldershot used to be a great place to spend a summer's evening watching trains--in this scene from July 1967, we see an eastbound working the yard with RS18 3619, FB2 9435, RS18 3655, GP9 4451, and a 3800 series RS18 still in green and yellow. And the guy in the engine wonders what's so interesting about his train!

  1. HAHA, I think the guy in the engine is wondering if the guy with the camera does not have anything better to do on a sunny summer day.
    I remember my mates always said that to me all the time.
